Our Valued Clients,

At this time when the news is dominated by the Coronavirus, I wanted to let you know here at Washingtonian Coach Corporation that we are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols to ensure your safety.

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus. Our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs while doing our part to keep you, our employees, and our communities safe.

The safety and wellbeing of our valued clients and employees is our top priority. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families that have been impacted.

Here's what we're doing:

  • We have been and will continue to wash and wipe down all surfaces of our buses on a daily basis. We enhanced the techniques used to clean our vehicles. Our employees are paying special attention to interior customer touch points such as seats, steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces

  • We are providing individual hand sanitizers to all of our employees.

  • Disinfectant wipes will be placed on all vehicles so that high traffic areas, hand rails and hard surfaces can be wiped down regularly.

  • Disinfectant wipes will be made available in common work areas in our office and so that all door knobs, and hard surfaces can be wiped down regularly.

  • In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.

  • During this challenging time, many people have concerns about their public interactions. We want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure experience while you are in one of our vehicles. We truly appreciate the trust that you place in our team and our company.

We also encourage you to visit the CDC that provides the most up to date information on COVID-19.  Please visit the link https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/summary.html .  It also details what each individual can do to prevent his or her own exposure to COVID-19, which we include below for immediate reference:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  • Stay home when you are sick.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipes.

  • Follow CDC’s recommendations for using a facemask.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

We will continue to be vigilant in our actions to ensure the safety our employees and passengers. We are here for you, whenever you are ready to travel, we are waiting with open doors to serve you.

Best regards,

L.R. “Steele” Hardy
